I'm slammed today, but I didn't want to let the day pass without drawing your attention to Equal Pay Day. Based on the average pay disparity between men and women performing the same job, April 12th is the date at which, if women worked through 2010 and into 2011, they would finally make the same pay that a man made for just working the calendar 2010.
